Our sales are subjected to the present general conditions which prevail on any other stipulation emanating of the purchaser. Any order addressed by the purchaser carrie his adhesion without restriction nor reserve on the present general conditions of sale.

ORDER

The orders done on the internet Website engage the purchase as soon as the order has been accepted on the Website. From the moment when the Customer recorded his order, he is considered having accepted with full knowledge of the facts and without reserves the prices, volumes and quantities proposed with the sale and ordered.

PRICE

The prices of the products on the Site are indicated in euros. All orders of any country are payable in euros.

The selling prices of the products are those in force at the recording time other than the transports charges. The selling prices of the products can be modified at anytime by the occurence of external events.

The shipping costs are the responsability of the Customer and are invoicees in supplement of the price of the products according to the amount of the order. The shipping costs will be indicated to the recording of the order.

 

VAT AND TAXES

The prices include by default the French VAT. In the case of a Customer residing abroad, the prices are recomputed according to the address declared in the account of the Customer and this from the moment when the Customer was identified on the Site.

Countries of the EEC : the products that you order on the Site are fixed with the french VAT.

Other countries: you profit from the remission of tax on our products and your invoice will be established net of tax. However, in the event of order since a country other than France, the Customer is the importer of the goods. Customs duties, local taxes, right of importation or taxes of State are likely to be exigible. These rights and sums are the responsibility of the Customer and reveal of his whole responsibility, as well in terms of declarations as of payments at the authorities and/or qualified organizations of its country.

 

PAYEMENT

Except particular stipulation, the products are payable with the order. Any sum paid by the Customer before the delivery constitutes an down payment on the selling price definitively had by the Customer. The delivered goods remain the property of the salesman until the integral payment of the price (laws 80-335 of May 12, 1980).

Penalties of an amount equal to the raised bank base rate of 3 points are applicable full to the unpaid amouts at the end of a 10 days deadline following the date of invoicing or as the notification of the banking rejection of payment for any other means of payment. The delivery of all new order could be suspended in the event of delay of payment for a preceding order.

 

DELIVERY

The market products profit from a guarante of the manufacturer :

  • to detail the damage on the receipt of the conveyor.
  • to confirm the reserves with the conveyor within the legal times, that is sixty twelve hours, and this by mail recommanded with acknowledgement of delivery.

 

If the delivered products are not in conformity in kind or in quality with the specifications indicated in the delivery order, the Customer must, hardly of forfeiture, formulate his complaints in the eight days after delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

In the event of delivery in a country other than France, the responsibility for the Merchant could not be committed in the event of nonobservance of the regulation of the foreign country where the products are delivered. It is up to the Customer to check near the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products which he plans to order.

The Merchant could not be held for person in charge for the inexecution of the contract concluded in the event of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, of fortuitous occurence, cause beyond control, disturbance or all-out strike or partial of the mail service, of the means of transport, the telecommunication or means of communication.

 

GUARANTEE

The market products profit from a guarante of the manufacturer :

  • Billiard cue : are taken into account the manufacturing defects announced to the reception of the products. Except the defectives process, shocks of transports, arrows veiled after use "even of some days". Recall : wood is a natural material which can become deformed following a variation of moisture, temperature, exposure or storage. It cannot be guaranteed.
  • Set of electronic darts : it profits from a three months guarantee on the exchange of the defective parts presenting a manufacturing defect (return costs to the responsibility of the user). No exchange of device is envisaged; are excluded the degradations following a bad use (use of darts with steel), falls, etc.

Are excluded from this guarantee, all products modified or repaired by the purchaser or any other unauthorized person expressly by the salesman, like all the products being the subject of a contract or a specific assistance and maintenance.

RETURN OF GOODS

Any return of product to the above mentioned guarantee must be the subject of prior agreement by the salesman. For this purpose, the purchaser will contact the after-sales service of the salesman. If the product is recognized like defective, the salesman will transmit to the purchaser a return number of product. The defective product will have to be returned in its packing of origin and to be accompanied by the return number given by the salesman. All the expenses and risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PERSONAL INFORMATIONS

In application with the data-processing and freedoms law of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right of access and correction to the data relating to it and preserved by the Merchant.

ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

The present general conditions of sale are controled bu the french right. For any contestation to the present contract between the salesman and the purchaser, the commercial court will only be qualified.
